Sketzi is distributed through the App Store and is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The official agreement is available at Apple Standard EULA.
License
The app is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-transferable license to use Sketzi on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Usage Rules and the Standard EULA.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law or open-source license terms allow it.
Data and External Services
Technical data may be used to support updates, product support, and app improvements. Some features may rely on external services, which you use at your own risk and under any applicable third-party terms.
No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sketzi and related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited as described in Apple’s Standard EULA. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limits may not apply to every user.
Compliance
You agree not to use or export the app except as permitted by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction where you obtained it.
